Hi, my name is Lorell Miller and I own and operate Radiant Belly. I am a midwife in Portland, Oregon.
It is my goal to provide home birth kits and midwifery supplies to midwives and their clients, the most friendly and helpful customer service and competitive prices on the products I sell. If you find one of my products at a cheaper price elsewhere, please let me know and I will try to beat it! In addition, if you want me to carry an item that I don't currently carry, please let me know I will see if I can find a supplier!

Shipping Information
Orders are usually filled and shipped within 1-3 business days after receipt. Please note that because I am an apprentice midwife, I am on call. Although, this rarely happens, if your shipment will be delayed, I will notify you by email or phone of the delay as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding!
Standard flat rate shipping (UPS Ground or Priority Mail) is charged based on the total of your order and where the package is being shipped. However, on orders in which the actual shipping cost is more than $2.00 over the the shipping price you paid, you may be charged the actual shipping costs. If you want a quote for shipping in advance, please email us.
Orders above $250: shipping is free
All other forms of shipping such as 2nd day air and overnight are charged the actual shipping charges. When placing an order with these shipping rates, you will be charged an initial minimum amount and once I ship the order, I will send you an emailed invoice for the additional shipping charges.
You can choose to pick up orders from our location in NE Portland for no cost if you prefer.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies
Most items can be returned within 30 days if they are returned unused and in the original condition. Home birth kits are returnable within 60 days if everything in the kit is returned unused.
Orders can be canceled and refunded in whole if it has not been shipped yet. After shipping, the order would be considered a return and the return policy would be in effect.
