Shipping Information

Order Processing

In general, orders placed before 10 a.m. are packed and shipped the same or next business day. Occasionally, factors outside our control (such as weather or inventory delays) may cause shipping delays. If your order is delayed by more than one business day, we will notify you via phone or email.

Shipping Times

When you place an order, an estimated transit time is provided. This estimate does not include in-house processing time. USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Surepost are considered lower priority shipping methods, and delivery times may exceed the estimated transit time. Other shipping methods usually adhere to the provided transit times.

Local Pickup

You can choose to pick up your order from our location in NE Portland at no extra cost. Orders placed before 10 a.m. are generally packed the same day. We will email you pickup details once your order is packed.

Free Shipping

Enjoy free shipping on orders over $350 within the continental US.

Expedited Shipping

Please note that UPS and USPS do not always guarantee delivery times. As a result, we cannot guarantee delivery times for expedited shipping. If expedited shipping does not arrive on time, we will only issue a refund if we receive one from UPS or USPS. While expedited shipping usually arrives on time, choosing this option is at your own risk. Orders with expedited shipping will typically ship the same business day if placed before 10 a.m. in Portland, Oregon; otherwise, they will ship the next business day.
