One of our most aptly named plants, cramp bark is a your best friend when it comes to monthly or postpartum cramps. While cramp bark is effective at soothing all sorts of muscular discomforts, it is widely used to encourage a healthy inflammatory response and alleviate discomforts associated with uterine cramps. Cramp bark is often used as an in-the-moment remedy to support the relief of uncomfortable cramping.
