Product Quality or Warranty Returns
Radiant Belly stands behind our products. If you have an issue with a product or if products are damaged during shipment, please let us know right away and we will replace or refund the products as applicable.
Birth pools are warrantied according to the manufacturer warranties. See the product page for details on the warranty.
Other Returns
Most items can be returned within 60 days of the order date if they are returned in saleable condition and meet the conditions described below. Products shipped in sealed packages must not have been opened. Other products must be in the same condition that they were shipped. Please contact us at orders@radiantbelly.com to arrange a return.
Birth Kits
Most items in home birth kits can be returned for a refund on the products that meet the conditions described in this return policy. Please keep the items that can’t be refunded.
A Special Note about Birth Pools & Liners
Return of birth pools and liners must also be in the sealed package that they were shipped. This means that if you do a test inflation of the pool you can’t return the pool for a refund (the warranty still applies).
We can’t refund the following items returned to us – please keep them
Returns past 60 days from the purchase date
Orders received by Radiant Belly more than 60 days past the purchase date will be assessed a 10% restocking fee. Some items may not be eligible for a refund at our discretion, depending on the product and length of time since ordering.
Order Cancelation
Orders can be canceled and refunded in whole if it has not been shipped yet. After shipping, the order would be considered a return, and the return policy would be in effect.
